Koco, located in the San Juan Hotel in Isla Verde, opened its doors in January 2008 to offer guests a Caribbean culinary experience. The main room was designed to recreate dinning in a Caribbean island, fun, relaxed, tropical and elegant. With a 6,000 sq ft. room and a 188 seating capacity, Koco can easily accommodate private banquets, corporate events and large groups.
Koco offers Modern Caribbean Cuisine by Executive Chefs Sylvia Senat and Linton Romero. Chef Sylvia, a master of the French Cuisine, comes to us after working as Sous Chef for Jean-Georges Vongerichten at his New York City properties. Chef Linton joins the OOF! team after working as Sous Chef at the world famous BLT Steakhouse.
