El Toro Salao opens its doors everyday from 12:00pm to 9:00pm, for those that want to enjoy the best Spanish Tapas, accompanied by our delicious home made Sangria, and the original drinks that our expert bartenders prepare.
The atmosphere is sensual, and lively. The colors red, black and white predominate in the decoration, the theme evokes old and modern Spanish-Moroccan, with a wall of natural stones, tenuous and languid lights, candles, plants, dark wood, rustic pieces, and stainless steel. Music invites you to move your body to the rhythm of the guitars and to sing the Spanish songs that from time to time are heard through the sound system. Comfortable chairs with high and elegant backrests invite you to sit and simply enjoy our tantalizing appetizers, Tapas and Sangria, sharing with friends or with our other guests. The tables are comfortable and have black translucent chairs (Ghost Chairs) that evoke the golden times of the 16th Century, as a modern version of the classic Louis XIII chairs. The 1st floor bar is long and comfortable, with a very attractive teak wood wine rack, and a colored lighting backdrop, that seems to be suspended in mid air. The waiters are completely devoted to giving you the superb attention that is a standard of the OOF! experience.
The excellent Tapas menu is varied, and only the best and freshest ingredients are used to prepare these delicacies. The recipes and combinations are unique, and are the product of the creative mind of our Chef Guillermo Gonzalez.
